Alumni Association of the Faculty of Medicine / Al-Zaiem Alazhari University
Founding statement
On September 6, 2021, the first general assembly of the graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Alzaiem Al-Azhari University, was held in the International Conference Hall of the Medical Complex / Bahri, and its executive office was elected for its first session in a democratic atmosphere.
This establishment comes as the first body to look after the interests of graduates at the university, as a result of continuous efforts for a long time, which culminated in the completion of its construction at a critical time in the life of the country, which requires organizing and engaging in civil society, and establishing union bodies that meet the needs of its members.
Therefore, the Alumni Association was established as the first body concerned with the interests of the college's graduates. This meeting came as a result of a great effort from a generous group of college graduates, as they adopted the idea and contacted the graduates of various ranks and started counting them and presenting the general concept of the association. It was assimilated by college graduates inside and outside Sudan through digital media and in the presence of the representative of the Commission as an observer and organizer of the session, where the association’s statute was approved and members of the executive office were elected for the first session. Efforts continued until the official registration procedures were completed, so that the Al-Zaiem Al-Azhari University Alumni Association became the first alumni association registered in Sudan.
While the country was sinking into the darkness of dictatorship and the perversion of democracy and its tools, in the past thirty years, the students of the Faculty of Medicine grew up under the Student Association, as an independent body, which preserved its individuality and its basic system, and presented its students with the first basic building model, and an example of the stability and strength of higher civil society institutions, He led them to believe in the importance of construction, democracy, freedom and organization.
The establishment of the Alumni Association at this time was not surprising, as everyone was always close to what was happening, and the news traveled quickly, reaching graduates all over the world. While the college takes its first steps in the world, its old students go with it, represented in the body of the Alumni Association, part of the requirements of global accreditation, and its support, taking pride in the keenness of the graduates in their diaspora abroad to attend and participate in the establishment, and to believe in the land of the first beginnings.

Steps to obtain graduation certificates
1-Withdrawing the application form from the Office of Certificates in Scientific Affairs.
2-Fill out the form and attach a photo (red background) with the number of required certificates.
3-Approval of the form from the college (fees), the university library and the Deanship of Student Affairs.
4-Pay the fees for the required certificates and attach the receipt with the Ornic.
5-Return the form to the Office of Certificates in Scientific Affairs.
6-Sending forms from scientific affairs through the circus to the Dean's office.
7-Receipt of the forms by the certificate office of the concerned college.
8-Obtaining the required certificates.
9-Send the certificates for signature by the registrar and the dean of the college.
10-Sending certificates to scientific affairs through the circus.
11-Delivery to the student is at the certificates office in scientific affairs.
